摘要
通过一实例阐述了在有限元分析软件ANSYS中直齿轮的精确建模方法,并说明了齿轮的设计原理,如何建立一对标准安装的啮合齿轮的力学模型。然后划分网格,生成有限元模型,运用完全牛顿一拉普森方法进行接触应力的动力学静态求解,模拟齿轮啮合过程,并找出应力危险点。
