摘要 运用有限元方法对三种线型的双头单螺杆泵衬套进行力热耦合模拟研究。给出了在额定工况下,螺杆泵衬套温度场分布云图。揭示了螺杆泵衬套的温度分布规律,弥补了螺杆泵衬套温度场难以测量的问题。为双头单螺杆泵衬套的热分析、型线选择、性能优化等提供参考依据。 Its purpose is to force-thermal coupling analysis numerical simulation easily by using of common finite element method. It can get the temperature fields contours of the bush of screw pump under the rated condition. The temperature distribution regularity of the bush of screw pump are revealed,it can make up the question of the temperature fields is difficult to measure.h could be applied to choose profile, optimize the design of the double-helix screw pump based on these analysis,which also can enhance the working effwiency.
