摘要
在数控铣削仿真系统中,合理的实体建模方式、仿真算法和图形显示技术对于增强图形真实感和加快仿真速度至关重要。讨论了利用OpenGL进行实体建模的方法;阐述了适合三轴数控铣削仿真的三角面离散法的原理;最后探讨了数控铣削仿真系统中三维图形显示的关键处理技术。基于上述方法开发的数控铣削仿真系统,成功地实现了动态,实时地显示真实感图形。
On the NC milling simulation system,appropriate modeling method,sumulation algorithm and display technology play an important role in realistic rendering and accelerating the rendering speed. Discussed solid modeling method with OpenGL and the triangle surface disperse principle for three axes NC milling simulation was given ;finally,discussed the key process of 3D graphics.Based on the above methods ,the system has idea realistic effects and successfully realized real-time animation of machining process.
