摘要
将矢量技术引入数控加工,提出了基于矢量化的图片信息处理和数控加工方法,通过实例介绍利用矢量化软件获取图片信息,并将矢量信息输入CAD/CAM软件进行模型绘制和加工的具体过程,最后得出与图片样本很一致的加工效果。
Integrating the vectorization techniques into the numerically-controlled Machining is achieved. By the vectarization,the information of pictures becomes the points ,curves and so on. And the geometry is proceeded into NC programme in the CAM software. The vectorization,CAD,CAM are described for an example based on the method. Good agreement with the corresponding results from the picture is obtained.
