摘要
针对闸门启闭机抓梁系统的使用环境、结构形式及常见故障,设计了密封性能良好的位移传感器,实现了抓梁穿销的连续数字式检测。基于启闭机提升高度与提升载荷检测信息的相关联性,介绍了在抓梁载荷检测系统中起重绳悬挂高度对起重载荷测量误差的产生原理及消除方法。为避免抓梁电缆的拉断和缠绕现象,研制的启闭机抓梁与电缆同步升降系统,保证了闸门启闭机的安全可靠运行。
Aiming at the environment,the construction form and the common problems of grabbing beam,a peg's displacement sensor which has high sealing property was designed. And the continuous digital measuring is realized. Based on relevance between the lift height of the gate hoist and load measuring, it introduces the producting principle and the elimination of load measuring errors caused by the suspend- ed height of hoisting ropes. In order to avoid breaking and winding of the cables that adhere to on the grabbing beam,a system in which the lifting of grabbing beam and cables is synchronous was designed. The operation of the gate hoist shows that the system is steady and reliable.
