摘要 在研究硬脆性泥页岩井壁失稳机理的基础上,有针对性的研制了一套适于硬脆性泥页岩地层的水基硅酸盐钻井液体系。室内实验表明:该体系具有流变性好、抗污染和抗温能力强、膜效率高、抑制性和封堵微裂缝能力强等优点,能满足硬脆性泥页岩地层钻井的需要。 Borehole stability is one of the largest problems encountered during the drilling of wells in the petroleum industries. On the bases of mechanisms of borehole instability in hard brittle shale, one mud system have been established which is suitable for the formations of the hard brittle shale-the silicate drilling fluids. Experimental results indicate that the system have preferable theological properties, excdlent inhibition character, good thermal stability, highly pollution resistance, high membrane efficiency and excellent ability in sealing micro-fractures. Therefore, the system can satisfy with the need of drilling in hard brittle shale formations.
