露天采场规范管理模式在九架炉采区的建立与应用

随着中国铝业贵州分公司的不断发展，对铝土矿资源需求量的不断加大，面对日益紧张的资源形势，对自有露天矿山的开采力度正以前所未有的速度在不断提高，由于2000年～2005年基于成本等诸多原因的考虑，期间分公司没有下达过多的机械剥离计划，致使第一铝矿九架炉北部采区机械剥离进度严重滞后。因此，加大该采区剥离进度，尽快形成备采矿量是当务之急。文章介绍了对九架炉采区实施规范规范管理模式的做法、效果。

With the continuous development of CHALCO Guizhou Branch, The demand of bauxite is increasing. For the increasing resource scarcity, the exploitation degree of its own open-air mining efforts is rising. Based on cost considerations and many other reasons, CHALCO Guizhou Branch did not make too many mechanical stripping program during 2000 - 2005, resulted in the progress of mechanical stripping being lagged in the first aluminum mine （Jiu Jia Lu northern mining area）. Therefore, bow to improve the stripping progress in the mining area and form volume of mining preparation are priority. The paper introduces the practice and impact of standard management model in Jiu jia lu mining area.
