摘要
针对实际生产中电工圆铝杆伸长率小,合格率低的问题,通过工艺研究和生产试验,分析了电工圆铝杆伸长率不符合要求的原因,提出了合理的浇铸工艺改进和优化措施,提高了电工圆铝杆伸长率,有效解决了伸长率不合格问题。
For the low elongation and qualification rate of electrical aluminium beam in the actual production, the paper analyses why electrical aluminium beam elongation do not meet the requirement , puts forward how to improve and optimize the casting process through the technology research and production practice, so the electrical pole elongation is increased , and the elongation failure is eliminated effectively.
