摘要
为降低发电企业的燃料库存水平,进而降低物流供应成本,分析海运煤供应整体物流链这一系统的构成及其特点,建立送达时间服从β分布的可靠性评估模型,总结对运输整个过程的可靠性及其各个环节可靠性进行评估的方法.该方法对电厂选择电煤供给港、降低安全库存水平、保障电煤供应有一定的指导作用.
This paper analyzed the composition and features of fuel supply logistics system of the coal power plants, and established the reliability assessment model which obeyed β distribution, and then provided a method for assessing the reliability of the whole transport process and its links. For coastal power plants, the paper gives a practical significance on studying the balance of ships＇ arrival to guarantee electricity supply and lower mventory.
