摘要
食品安全是当今全世界共同关注重大问题,也是各国政府、相关国际组织、学术机构研究热点。灵敏、快速、安全、经济是当前制约食品安全检测瓶颈,结合现代科技最新成果之一纳米技术及纳米材料,将是食品安全检测发展重要途径。该文综述碳纳米管在食品分析中研究和应用,并对在该领域应用前景进行展望。
Food safety is the major concern all over the world, and it attracts attention of the governments, relevant in ernational organizations and academic institutions. Sensitive, raoid, security and economic way is the key in the detection of food safety. Applications of the nano-technology and nano-materials in detection will be the hoping way. This paper reviews the research and applications of modified carbon nanotubes electrode in food analyse field, and the development of this field in the future is prospected.
