摘要
用SiCaBaMg新型复合脱氧剂对高碳钢进行工业性试验,试验结果表明,高碳钢采用SiCaBaMg合金脱氧效果较好,铸坯全氧含量低于原工艺,夹杂物尺寸、组成、分布和形态均可得到改善。
The new composite de-oxidant SiCaBaMg has been studied in plant trial in high-carbon steetmaking. The result indicates that good de-oxidation effect of SiCaBaMg has been acquired in high-carbon steelmaking and in comparison with the conventional de-oxidation process the total oxygen of slab is lower and the size, composition, distribution and shape of inclusions have been improved.
