摘要
介绍煤气主干管上的金属波纹补偿器出现泄漏之后,在不影响高炉生产的情况下,采取在线包覆的方法进行修复。对包覆补偿器的设计、制造进行理论验证,同时就包覆补偿器对原固定支架的推力控制、制造和安装过程中的变形控制、施工过程的安全控制等进行阐述。
The present paper introduces the restoration of the metal ripple compensator by means of on-line wrapping with no interruption of normal production of the blast furnace as soon as the leakage of the gas occurs on the metal ripple compensator of the main gas pipeline. The feasibility of the repair plan is theoretically validated and put into effect and desirable results and tremendous economical efficiencies already achieved as well.
