摘要
目的对无自觉听力减退症状的飞行员进行听力学检查,以期发现飞行员的早期噪声性听力损伤,从而加强防护措施。方法采用纯音测听观察无听力减退症状飞行员的纯音听阈。(0.25kHz、0.5kHz、1kHz、2kHz、3kHz、4kHz、6kHz、8kHz)结果与听力正常且无噪声暴露史的对照组(60例120耳)相比,飞行员组(60例120耳)各频率的平均纯音听阈提高10dB以上,以4kHz听力损伤尤为明显(P〈0.01)。结论无自觉听力减退的飞行员存在早期噪声性听力损伤,早期防护具有重要的意义。
Objective By conducting a hearing test on pilots who were unaware of hearing loss, identify those who were in early stages of noise-induced hearing impairment, determine the cause of the hearing loss in order to improve the protective measures. Metheds The pure tone audiometry was respectively done on pilots who did not show symptoms of hearing toss. (0.25 kHz,0.5 kHz,1 kHz,2 kHz,3 kHz,4 kHz,6 kHz,8 kHz) Results Compared with the control group who had normal hearing and no history of noise exposure (60 cases, 120 ears), average pure tone thresholds of the pilot group (60 cases, 120 ears) in all frequency rose more than 10 dB higher, hearing impairment at 4kHz was significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion Pilots felt no hearing loss were already in its early stage of noise-induced hearing impairment. Early protection has great significance.
