为建设环保、生态型社会,加快城市污水处理设施建设刻不容缓,文章从污水再生利用、规划布局、污水处理工艺、体制改革等方面进行探讨其发展对策。
To Accelerate municipal wastewater treatment facilities construction is urgent of ecological society. The paper discussed its development countermeasure in the aspects of wastewater recycling, planning layout, wastewater treatment process and system reform.
