大学学报是进行学术交流、发表学术成果的重要载体,学术性是其基本属性。学报诞生百年以来,坚守"以学术为本",是办刊的一个历史传统。新中国成立以来,尽管前进中有曲折,但学报在坚持正确舆论导向、坚持学术性、培养新人等方面发挥了重大作用。面临新的形势,学报必须走质量办刊和特色办刊的道路。

The university journal is an important vehicle for developing academic exchanges and spreading academic ideas. Academics is its basic characteristics. Since the university journal was horn a hundred years ago, adhering to putting academics first is a historical tradition of running university journals. Since 1949, although going through setbacks, the university journal has obtained substantial development and played a great role in sticking to the fight guidance of public opinions, adhering to academic principles and training younger researchers. Facing with the new situation, the university journal should enhance its quality, pursue its own characteristics and make a greater contribution for promoting the prosperity of Chinese academic cause.
