Since the Party＇s leadership is essential for promoting rural reform and development, the institution and mechanism of the Party＇s leadership role on the rural work should be strengthened and improved. Thus, some works should be an important organizational basis and political guarantee for finishing the task of rural reform and development, such as analyzing objectively the current existing problems and reasons of the institution and mechanism of the Party＇s leadership role; improving the institution and mechanism of the Party＇s leadership role on the rural work and reinforcing rural organizational construction of the Party at the gross-roots level with the spirit of reform and innovation.
