清末民初近代政党道德思想刍议

On the Political Party Ethics during the Late Qing Dynasty and the Early Republic of China

清末民初,时人围绕四个方面展开党德建设的讨论。学理清算主要批判认识模糊、思想混乱,政党泛滥、各竞其私,误解自由、各行其是,党德堕落、祸党害国等党德弊端;呼唤注重党德建设具体论证了党德关系国利民福、影响政势发展、关涉风俗改良、助益党际和谐等时代价值;而理论诠释则论述了思想认识、基本立场、价值理念、党魁品德、党员规范与党员人格等基本内涵;对如何培育良好党德作了一定探索,欲藉此疗治政党之病,进而促进政党政治良性发展。

This paper holds that, during the Late Qing Dynasty and the Early Republic of China, the Political Party Ethics was built from four aspects： the theoretical criticism, emphasizing on the construction of the Political Party Ethics, the theoretical interpretation, and how to cultivate the good Political Party Ethics.
