摘要
对我国优秀竞技体操人才流动的特征研究后认为:1)体操人才流动以垂直流动为主要方式;2)不同的发展阶段体操人才流动形式不同;3)国家队教练员国际流动不足;4)优秀体操人才职业转换的途径增加,自主性加强;5)"文化下移"现象有利于体操运动的普及推广。并针对性地提出发展对策。
Having studied the characteristics and trends of relocation of excellent gymnasts in China, the authors put forward the following opinions: 1) the main way for gymnast relocation is vertical relocation; 2) at different stages of development there are different forms of gymnast relocation; 3) there is a lack of international relocation of coaches for the national team; 4) excellent gymnasts have more ways and independency to make career switching; 5) the sign of "culturally lowered relocation" is conducive to the popularization of gymnastics. The authors also put forward measures for development in an action specific way.
