摘要
阐述了深腔塑件注射成型时所可能采取的工艺方案,同时对各种方案进行了分析和比较,提出了采用斜导柱与顶杆联合抽芯注射模成型该类零件的模具结构,并对该种模具工作原理进行了论述。
The technology programs of the deep - recessed plastic part that can be adopted during injection molding are represented. Through analyzing and comparing every program, the injection mold structure with the leaning guide pin and the ejecting pole is extracted and its working principle is introduced.
