老年冠心病病人血清脂质水平研究

测定１０２例老年冠心病病人血清ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＨＤＬ－Ｃ、ＡｐｏＡ１和ＡｐｏＢ含量并计算ＡｐｏＡ１和ＡｐｏＢ的比值，与１００例健康人进行比较。结果表明：冠心病病人ＡｐｏＢ明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＡｐｏＡ１／ＡｐｏＢ低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。９１．２％男性病人和７８．９％女性病人ＡｐｏＡ１／ＡｐｏＢ低于对照组，男女之间下降比例有差异。

おe determind the serum level of Cho、TG、HDLC、ApoA1、ApoB,and ApoA1/ApoB in aged coronary heart disease(groupⅠ) 102 cases,and compared with 100 cases healthy aged persons(groupⅡ).The result shows that the ApoB in groupⅠ is higher than that in groupⅡ(P<001).ApoA1/ApoⅡ and HDLC is lower in groupⅠ than in groupⅡ(P<005).The numbers of ratio of ApoA1/ApoB decreased in man and women in groupⅠ are respectirly 912% and 789% than groupⅡ.This results showed that the decreasing of ApoA1/ApoB is a danger factor of people with aged coronary heart disease.
