企业经营的核心问题是赢利,那么企业该如何赢利呢?文章主要从企业经营思维的转变——从市场份额为中心转变为客户和利润为中心及企业赢利模式的构建两方面探讨企业赢利方略。
The core of enterprise management is to make profit and how to make it？ The paper discusses the enterprise profit model from two points which mainly concerns the shift of the enterprise management including market -orientation shifts to enterprise profit.
