摘要
科学精神是国民综合素质的重要体现,如何培养国民的科学精神事关整个社会主义现代化建设的全局。本文以实事求是的态度对近年来我国国民科学精神的缺失与培养研究进行归纳和总结,力求探索关于科学精神缺失与培养研究的共性。
The scientific spirit is an important manifestation of the comprehensive quality of the people and thus how to cultivate the national spirit of science is close related to the overall situation of socialist modernization.
