摘要
为了研究松果菊在临沂市的生长和质量状况,用高效液相色谱–—二极管阵列检测技术,建立了紫花松果菊花的HPLC图谱模型,并应用该图谱定量研究了临沂市不同品种松果菊和不同产地紫花松果菊有效成分的含量.结果表明我市引种的松果菊生长状况好、质量优,该结果为松果菊药材的质量评价及科学栽培提供了科学依据.
In order to investigate the growth and quality of Echinacea planted in Linyi, the HPLC model of E. pururea flower is obtained by using HPLC-DAD technology. The contents of effective ingredients in different species of Echinacea planted in Linyi, and different parts orE. pururea planted in other regions are investigated quantitatively on this HPLC model. The results indicate that the growth and quality of Echinacea planted in Linyi are both excellent. This research results can provide some references on quality evaluation and planting of Echinacea herb.
