摘要
目的通过对腓骨肌皮瓣重建下颌骨形态及功能的临床疗效进行随访观察,为修复重建下颌骨提供临床治疗方法。方法腓骨肌皮瓣修复重建下颌骨11例,其中创伤7例,肿瘤4例;术后6、12、24和36个月随访观察,评价下颌骨形态及功能恢复情况。结果11例移植腓骨肌皮瓣全部成活(100%),患者下颌骨形态及功能恢复较好。结论腓骨肌皮瓣可提供充足的骨组织和软组织,适合修复口腔下颌骨复合组织缺损。
Objective To study the clinical effect of fibular free flap in mandible reconstruction. Methods Fibular free flap was applied to reconstruct the soft tissue and mandible defects in 11 patients （7 with trauma and 4 with carcinoma）. Functional and aesthetic restoration were evaluated in 6,12,24 and 36 months after treatment respectively. Results All the 11 fibular free flaps survived completely. The relative satisfactory appearance and function were achieved in all patients. Conclusion The fibular free flap may offer enough bone and soft tissues to meet the need of oromandibular composite defects.
