摘要
目的探讨机械吻合法与手工吻合法2种术式对食管癌患者行食管胃颈部吻合的优劣。方法将78例食管中上段癌患者随机分成2组,其中机械吻合组42例,手工吻合组36例。对2组均行食管胃颈部吻合,比较2组的手术效果。结果2组在吻合时间,术后吻合口漏、吻合口出血方面,机械吻合组明显优于手工吻合组(P<0.05);而在术后吻合口狭窄及病死率方面,2组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论采用机械吻合法行食管胃颈部吻合,与手工吻合法相比,能有效减少术后并发症的发生,是较为理想的重建方法。
Objective To compare the effect of mechanical suture and manual suture for cervical esophagogastrostomy. Methods 78 patients with mid-upper esophageal carcinoma were divided into two groups randomly:mechanical suture group (n=42) and manual suture group (n= 36), and all patients underwent cervical esophagogastric anastomosis. The clinical effects of two groups were investigated. Results There were statistical significances between two groups in the anastomotic time, the incidence of anastomotic leakage and anastomotic bleeding (P〈0. 05). While the rate of anastomotic stricture and the mortality had no statistical significance between two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Mechanical suture with stapler is a better procedure for cervical esophagogastrostomy, with the advantage of reducing complications.
