摘要
目前,攀钢的萤石入炉筛下物因其量小,主要采取混合在筛加粉中供烧结生产使用,为了掌握其对烧结的影响,开展了相关的试验研究。结果表明,生产中使用萤石会影响混合料制粒效果,降低钒钛烧结矿的强度和产量指标。同时,烧结矿的氟含量上升,其软化温度低容易导致高炉结瘤,影响高炉冶炼的强化。
At present, the Panzhihu Iron and Steel fhsorite into the furnace unden the screen because the amount of the stuff of the added fluorite in Panzhihua Iron and Steel was small; under the screen it was mainly mixed with the screen powder for sintering production use. In order to master its impact on sintering, the text had carried ont relevant experiment study. The results showed that the use of fluorite prodnction would affect the effectiveress of granulation of two mixtuve and reduce the tragets of the vanadium - titanium sotening temperature was low and strength and production sinter. At the same time, when the fluorin content of sinter went up,its led accretion in the BF, and it impacted the strengthening of furnace smelting.
