摘要
parsytec表面质量检测系统已能在线自动检测孔洞、折叠、夹杂、纵裂、一次压氧、二次压氧、划伤、边裂、边部夹杂等9种真实缺陷。根据parsytec的检测结果,发现热卷主要存在纵裂与压氧缺陷。通过技术攻关,提高了热卷的表面质量。
Parsytec already can inspecte nine real defects that are hole,breaks,shell,Longitudinal, Roll - in primary scale, Roll - in secondary scale, Groovers, Edge cracks, Edge shell. According to the inspection result, Two mostly kind of defects which are Longitudinal and scale were found on the hot coil surface . We improved the surface of quality by tracking to the technique.
