摘要
对马钢岗位绩效工资制度体系的建立及执行中的积极意义和存在的问题进行了分析研究,突出的分析了执行中分步完善体系的企业高层管理人员、企业技术人才、企业技能人才的激励方式并对进一步完善岗位绩效工资制度体系中的考核提出了意见。
The performance wage system positions Masteel system set up and implementation of positive significance, and problems are analyzed, highlighting the analysis furtherimprove the implementation of distributed system, senior management of enterprises, enterprises and technical personnel, skilled personnel enterprise incentive approach to further improve the status and wage system performance assessment system of the communication.
