对前列舒通片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定

Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Qianlieshutong Tablets by HPLC

目的建立一种测定前列舒通片中盐酸小檗碱含量的HPLC方法。方法色谱条件为C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);0.1%磷酸溶液-乙腈(75∶25)为流动相;流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为270nm。结果盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.123～0.82μg之间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为99.52%,相对标准差(RSD)=1.35%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简单,具有专属性强,干扰小的优点,可有效控制该制剂的内在质量。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the Content of Berberine Hydrochloride in Qianlieshutongtablets. Methods The C18 chromatographic column （4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5 m） was used. The flow phase was consisted of 0. 1% phosphoric acid - acetonitrile （75 ： 25 ）, with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, and detection wavelength270 nm. Results There was a good linear ship when the injected Berberine Hydroehloride volume was in the range of 0. 123 -0. 82 g （r =0. 9999）. The average recovery rate was 99.52%, RSD = 1.35% （n =6）. Conclusion This method is easy to operate, has good specificity and little interfering. It can be effectively used to control the quality of Qianlieshutong tablets.
