摘要 介绍了一种基于单片机控制的可预置工作电流值的半导体激光器驱动系统。该系统以89S51单片机为核心部件,通过闭环反馈控制系统对工作电流进行比较、调整,提高了系统精度。实际应用表明,驱动电源具有智能化程度高、抗干扰能力强、稳定度高、对激光器无损害等优点。 This paper introduces a semiconductor laser power drive system that can set up the work magnitude of current in advance by single-chip micro computer. The syetem uses the feedback loop to compare and adjust the current using core component 89S51, which improves system accuracy. The experiments show that the system has the merits of high intelligence, strong antijamming ability, excellent power source stability and no harm to the laser.
