摘要
目的探讨正常高值血压人群的心率变异性(HRV)的特点。方法对56例正常高值血压人群(实验组)及67例正常血压人群(对照组)进行24h动态心电图检查,采集心率变异的时域和频域指标的变化来分析心脏自主神经功能情况。结果实验组与对照组HRV时域和频域比较所有参数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正常高值血压人群的自主神经功能显著损害,尤其以迷走神经张力下降为主。
Objective To study the features of the heart rate variation about the high-normal blood pressure population. Methods The 24 hours' ambulatory monitor was performed on 56 patients with the high-normal blood pressure and 47 patients with the normal blood pressure. The function of the autonomic nerve was analyzed by using the time and frequency domain index of the heart rate variation. Results The general power, low frequency power and high frequency power of the team of the high-normal blood pressure,SDNN and SDANN were lower than those of the team of the normal blood pressure obviously,the ratio of the low frequency power to the high frequency power of the high-normal blood pressure team was higher than that of the normal blood pressure team. Conclusion There was obvious damage of the function of the autonomic nerve in the high-normal blood pressure population,especially expressed the descent of the tension of the vagus nerve.
