摘要
根据客滚运输人为因素复杂、模糊的特点,文中在SHEL理论框架下,对客滚运输人为因素进行了分析研究。一改以往将客滚运输人为因素风险系统分为人、机、环境、管理四个子系统的做法,从人的因素、人-人界面因素、人-硬件界面因素、人-环境界面因素、人-软件界面因素五个方面进行了风险研究,并提出相应的决策建议。
Considering the complicated and ambiguous characteristics relating to human factors, this paper investigates the human factors of Ro-Ro transport based on the SHEL model. This thesis, other than traditionally dividing the human factors for 'Ro/Ro' transport into 'human' subsystem, 'machine' subsystem, 'environment' subsystem, and 'management' subsystem, studies the issue from a new perspective, dividing it into 'L' subsystem, 'L-L' subsystem, 'L-H' subsystem, 'L-E' subsystem, and 'L-S' subsystem. And the thesis puts forward some suggestions on the safety of Ro/Ro transport.
