摘要
海事声像档案原件数字化,对档案信息的现代化管理、使用和传播等都具有极其重要的作用。文中分析了声像档案数字化的必要性、实现步骤及实现过程中应注意的问题,为相关人员提供参考。
Digitalization of the original maritime audio/visual archives plays a very important role in the modernized management, usage and communication of the archive information. This paper analyzes the necessity of the digitalization of the audio/visual archives and provides for reference to persons concerned the process to realize the digitalization and the issues to be considered.
