谈遏制医院商业贿赂的内部控制措施

目前我国医药领域商业贿赂盛行对社会造成很大危害,医疗服务价格不断攀升,群众看病贵、看病难得不到解决;同时对医院自身发展也有极大的影响,降低了信誉,增大经营成本和风险,阻碍了我国医疗改革的进程。从医药领域商业贿赂的现象入手,分析了形成医药领域商业贿赂的内外原因,根据企业内部控制理论提出了遏制医药商业贿赂的有效控制措施,以促进我国医疗事业的改革。

At present, the commercial bribery in the field of medicine is become much harm to society, the rising price of medical services, at the same time the hospital itself also have a much bad effect, reducing the credibility of the hospital, increased operating costs and the risk of the hospital, impeding China＇s the hospital reform. The article analyses the internal and external reasons of the field of medicine commercial bribery, the author is table proposal about effective control measures of the field of medicine commercial bribery.
