随着终身教育时代的到来以及人们主体意识的增强,自我教育在现代社会中的作用日益凸显,引导大学生的自我教育具有重要的现实意义。教育者要转换角色定位,引导大学生认识到自我教育的意义,树立正确的自我教育意识,积极发挥自身的主体作用,高校管理者要创设良好的自我教育氛围,有效地促进大学生的自我教育。

With the arrival of life-long education time, as well as the enhancement of people＇s subjective consciousness, self-education plays more and more important role in modern society, so guiding the college students＇ self-education has an important practical significance. Educators should convert the role of positioning, they should guide college students recognize the significance of serf-education and help them establish a correct sense of self-education, promote them play their main role actively. University managers should create a good atmosphere of self-education, and promote college students＇ self-education effectively.
