摘要
血灵口服液灌胃给药使肾性高血压大鼠血清醛固酮含量显著下降，而对内皮素、心内素、降钙素基因相关肽、血栓素Ｂ２、６酮前列腺素Ｆ１α均无显著影响。醛固酮含量下降是其降压机制之一。
Xueling(po) obviously reduces the aldosterone content of renal hypertension rats, but not affecting markedly the endothelin, atrial natriuretic factor, calcitonin gene related peptide, thromboxane B 2 and 6 keto prostaglandin F 1α . The content reduction of aldosterone is one of the mechanisms to lower blood pressure.
