摘要
与西药相比,改善睡眠营养素以其来源广泛、副作用和依赖性小等优势为保健食品的发展提供了新的模式。本文综述了改善人睡眠作用的褪黑素、色氨酸和5-羟基色氨酸、维生素与矿物元素以及植物活性成分等营养素,以望为改善睡眠类保健食品的研究提供参考。
The sleep-improvement nutrients, compared with western medicine, provide a new mode for health food, which has advantages of wide resource, small side effect and dependence. This paper overviews melatonin, tryptophan, 5-hydroxytryptophan, vitamins, mineral elements and plant active components, in order to provide references for study health food for sleep-improvement.
