摘要
本文报道Ce^(3+)Tb^(3+)(或Mn^(2+))激活BaB_8O_(13)的发光性质。用层式分立模型解释了Ce^(3+)-Tb^(3+)能量传递过程。Mn^(2+)在八硼酸盐中的发射由绿色带和红色带组成,前者归于四配位Mn^(2+)的发射,后者归于八配位Mn^(2+)的发射。还对该体系中Ce^(3+)-Mn^(2+)能量传递作了讨论。
In the paper the luminescent properties of Ce^(3+), Tb^(3+) and Mn^(2+) doped BaB_8O_1.are reported. In the octaborate the Ce^(3+)-Tb^(3+) energy transfer can be well describedbv a discrete model considering S-A and S-S transfers. Under UV excitation, the redand the green luminescence bands are observed in Ce^(3+) and Mn^(2+) codoped octabora-te. The former is attributed to the Mn^(2+) centers which are located at tetrahedral si-tes and the latter is assigned to the Mn^(2+) ions which are situated in octahedral posi-tion. The Ce^(3+)-Mn^(2+) energy transfer is discussed as well.
