太湖蓝藻爆发引发无锡供水危机的思考

Some thoughts on water supply crisis in Wuxi City induced by explosion of incident of cyanobacteria in Taihu Lake

针对太湖蓝藻爆发引发无锡供水危机事件,分析了太湖流域供水现状、太湖流域城市水源地存在的主要问题,提出解决问题的思考和建议:转变经济发展模式,促进循环经济发展;编制和实施流域城乡供水安全保障规划;做好水功能区污染负荷总量限排工作;加快城镇生活污水处理设施建设;充分利用"引江济太"调水工程,提高流域水环境承载能力;建设城市战略备用水源地体系,建立健全水源地安全保障应急机制;完善水源地水质监测体系。

Based on the water supply crisis in Wuxi City induced by the explosion of the incident of cyanobacteria in Taihu Lake,the current situation of water supply and the main problems of city water source region in Taihu Basin were analyzed.Some suggestions were put forward: change of economic development modes so as to enhance the development of circular economy;compilation and implementation of planning of safe urban and rural water supply;implementation of suggestion of limiting total pollution loading discharge in water functional area;construction of sewage treatment facilities;improvement of bearing capacity of water environment of Taihu Basin by full use of diversion projects from Yangtze River;establishment of city strategic water source region system and improvement of water source region safety emergency system;enhancement of water quality monitoring system of water source regions.
