摘要
分析了我国水利电力企业职工培训的意义和培训体系存在的问题,提出了加强对企业培训有效需求分析、科学规划培训体系、创新人力资源培训激励机制等的创新理念、创新思路,以供企业进行决策和管理参考。
The significance and mission of staff training in enterprises of water resources and electric power industry as well as the exiting problems in the training system were analyzed.Some novel concepts and thoughts were put forward as follows: the improvement of effective demand analysis of enterprise training,the scientific planning of training system,and the innovation of excitation mechanism of human resources training.They could provide basis for the decision-making and management of enterprises.
