Construction of high and new-tech water-saving projects in Wusu City

对乌苏市2007—2008年开展的高新节水工程建设进行总结和分析，详细阐述了工程在实施过程中具体的操作方法、遇到的困难、产生的原因，并提出了解决问题的对策和建议：对高新节水技术的宣传要扎实、深入；勘察规划设计方面，要充分考虑滴灌地块设计区域中的非耕种土地，滴灌系统控制面积不宜过大，首部设计中要考虑水池的蓄水量和泥沙沉淀问题，还要考虑首部过滤器平台机械运转时的振动因素；施工和管理方面，实行专人专项，严格监督；对农民进行培训，改变农民种植理念和田间管理模式；鼓励农民进行土地整理，逐步达到农田管理标准化等。

The construction of high and new-tech water-saving projects in Wusu City during 2007～2008 was summarized and analyzed.The specific operating methods,the encountered difficulties and the corresponding causes during the implementation of the water-saving projects were discussed.Some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward: the propaganda of high and new water-saving technology should be solid and deep;in the survey,planning and design,non-cultivated land in the design region of drop irrigation should be fully considered,the control area of the drop irrigation system should not be too large,the impoundment amount and sediment deposition of water tanks should be considered in the design of head part,and the vibrating factors during the machine operation of filters at the head part should be also considered;in the construction and management,special person and strict supervision should be obeyed;the farmers should be trained and their concept of planting and farmland management should be innovated; the farmers should be encouraged to arrange land so as to achieve the standardization of farmland management and so on.
