水库移民后期扶持资金使用效益评价指标体系的构建——以万安水库为例

Establishment of evaluation index system for utilization of post-relocation support fund for reservoir resettlers:Case of Wan'an Reservoir

通过实地调查、发放调查问卷、召开座谈会等形式获取相关数据资料,借鉴扶贫资金使用效益评价办法及水库移民遗留问题解决办法,建立一套专门适用于水库移民后期扶持资金使用效益评价的指标体系,并以万安水库为例,对后期扶持资金使用效益评价指标体系进行了验证。

The field surveys,questionnaire surveys and symposia were employed to acquire the relevant data.Based on the evaluation method of the utilization benefit of poverty reduction fund and the solution method of reservoir resettlers,an evaluation index system for the utilization of post-relocation support fund for reservoir resettlers was established.Wan'an Reservoir was taken as an example,and the above evaluation index system was verified.
