摘要
介绍了一种分离栗疫病菌单分生孢子的简便易行的方法。此方法可以排除菌丝段的干扰,也适用于分生孢子器中产生微小分生孢子的其他真菌。
A simple and feasible method for single-spore isolation from Cryphonectria parasitica was developed,which could avoid the interference of hyphal fragments from spore suspension. The method is also applicable to other fungi forming microspores in pycnidium.
