In Design of VoIP （Voice over IP） equipment, the RTP/RTCP （Real-time Transport Protocol ＆ Real-time Transport Control Protocol） is often used,the key techniques and difficulty in RTP/RTCP protocol is the use of Time-stamp and JitterBuffer.The design of RTP/ RTCP protocol stack is based on multi-JitterBuffer mechanism. The interface between the RTP/RTCP protocol stack and other protocols （ SIP or DSP driver） is designed. Finally, the real time multi-channel VoIP meeting is implemented and verified. The results prove that the design has some particular characteristics and is better than others.
