The Education of Innovation Is the National Responsibility and Hope

实现创新教育的关键在于国家要创造一个好的创新环境。这就是说,要从上至下进行更深层次的观念转变;要少一些宪法和法律之外的条条框框,少一些理想和爱国之外的清规戒律,鼓励思维的开放性,增强思维的弹性,给人的思维限制越少越好;少一点"创新非一般人可为"的智慧神秘感;认识到创新教育最原始的出发点是"以人为本",提倡实心、实言、实行和求真务实。

The key to realize the innovation education lies in the country creating a favorable innovation environment. This means, first all of us should change our minds on a deeper level. Secondly, we need fewer limits out of constitutions and legal rules, fewer rules and regulations besides ideal and patriotism. So we can encourage the openness of thought and enhance the thought of elasticity. The less limits to the thoughts the better the thoughts are. Thirdly, we wish fewer directional mysticism of ＂innovation is not approached by everyone＂. At last, we must realize that the most primitive starting point of the innovation education is ＂people oriented＂, and advocating the sincere heart, straight talking, as well as substantial behavior.
