摘要
针对型号产品研制过程中工艺任务规划的特点,从工艺资源专业匹配和负荷均衡的角度,建立了基于资源优化的工艺任务分配问题的描述模型,给出了模型的求解思路。提出了基于经验的工艺任务量估算方法、工艺资源的负荷指数和可靠性指数估算方法,解决了型号研制过程中负荷均衡和资源可靠性兼顾的工艺任务分配问题。最后,通过实例验证了该方法的可行性。
Aiming at characteristics of process assignment planning in space product development process, an expression model of process assignment planning on resource optimization strategy was established from perspectives of load balancing and professional resource matching. And both the load balance and resources reliability were taken into consideration in the model. In addition, a solution was addressed to sovle the model. And then, estimation methods of process task workload, load index and resource reliability index were proposed based on experiences. Therefore, the process assignment problems in product development both considered load balancing and resource reliability were resolved. Finally, an case was introduced to validate the feasibility of these methods.
