摘要
用糠醛为起始原料合成中间体α-呋喃丙烯酸,然后在Fe2(SO4)3.xH2O催化下分别和甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇、正戊醇、异戊醇进行酯化反应,合成了α-呋喃丙烯酸甲酯、α-呋喃丙烯酸乙酯、α-呋喃丙烯酸正丙酯、α-呋喃丙烯酸正丁酯、α-呋喃丙烯酸异丁酯、α-呋喃丙烯酸正戊酯、α-呋喃丙烯酸异戊酯。研究了醇酸摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂用量对收率的影响,获得了较佳反应条件,7种α-呋喃丙烯酸酯的收率在86.5%~94.6%之间。利用IR,1HNMR和元素分析对产物结构进行了表征。
α-furanacrylic acid was prepared with furfural as the starting material. The α-furanacrylic acid was esterified with methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, n-butanol, i-butanol, n-pentanol and iso-amyl alcohol with ferric sulfate hydrate as catalyst to form seven corresponding esters. Factor that influencing the product yield such as molar ratio of alcohol to acid, reaction time and dosage of catalyst were investigated and suitable process conditions were found. The yield can achieve 86.5%—94.6%. The chemical structure of the products was characterized by IR,^1HNMR and elemental analysis.
