摘要
本研究采用SephadexG50凝胶层析技术,对铬中毒大鼠肾、尿中铬结合物进行了分离和测定,并分析了各种铬结合物与肾损害的关系。实验结果提示,低分子铬结合物(LMW-Cr)是铬的主要排泄形式,与铬的解毒可能有密切关系;随着肾损害进展小分子铬结合物(MMW-Cr)出现并明显增多,反映了机体形成LMW-Cr能力的紧张,MMW-Cr可能是攻击靶器官的主要活性因素;
Using a subacute chromium induced renal damage animal model,chromium binding substances in urine and kidney were isolated and measured by sephadex G 50 column chromatography and UV AAS The role of different chromium binding substances in the pathogenesis of Cr induced renal injury was discussed The result suggested that a low molecular weight chromium binding substance (LMW Cr) migth play a main role in chromium excretion and detoxification The appearance and increase of a minimal molecular weight chromium binding substance (MMW Cr) seemed to be a signal of the insufficiency of LMW Cr formation,and to be a major active factor on pathogenesis of Cr intoxication Increase of a high molecular weight chromium binding substance(HMW Cr) might be a result of MMW Cr binding with large molecular weight biologic substances
