噪声对大鼠神经行为功能的影响

The effects of noise on neurobehavioral function in rats

本研究通过对大鼠神经行为指标进行测定，探讨了噪声对神经行为功能方面的影响。结果表明：噪声组大鼠活动力下降，体重增长缓慢，行为功能指标中代表学习、记忆能力和肌肉耐受力的指标均明显不同于对照组（Ｐ＜００１），且接噪后被动躲避实验与游泳实验指标之间呈现正相关关系。以上提示强噪声持续暴露可引起运动神经行为学习功能及神经肌肉活动能力与耐受持久性改变，且以抑制作用更为显著。

40 Wistar rats were randomly devided into 2 groups:the noise exposure and the control The noise intensity was 95 dB(A),8 hours per day for 30 days The results showed that in the noise exposure rats there were increase of their wilt or fidgets decrecas of activities,lowering of body weight gain obvious reduction of the learning ability and memory function and decrease of the muscular tolerance It indicated that continued exposure to intensive noise could induce the changes on neurobehavioral function learning ability and muscular tolerance inhibition
