摘要
对某无线电广播发射台108名机务人员进行了流行病学调查。机务人员接触的高频电场强度为6~415V/m,绝大部分时间接触的电场强度≤15V/m,日平均加权强度为14V/m,但巡机时短时间接触大强度高频80~415V/m,平均215V/m。心电图检查结果发现接触组心电图异常率显著高于对照组,主要表现为窦性心动过缓、窦性心律不齐。结果提示短时间反复接触大强度高频辐射对心电图有明显影响。
An epidemiological investigation was performed on 108 radiomen working in a radiative station of radiobroadcast Electric field intensity of the highfrequency radiation which the radiomen exposed to was 6~415 V/m Most of the working time exposed to ≤15 V/m, daily average weight intensity was equal to 14 V/m While radiative machines checking the radiomen might expose even up to 80 415 V/m, averagely 215 V/m The result of electrocardiagram (ECG) examination showed that exposed group had a significantly higher detecting rate of abnormal ECG than that of the control group, the abnormal changes were mainly sinus bradycardia and sinus arrhythmia The detecting rate of abnormal ECG in workers with shorter working year tended to be elevated The result suggested that the obvious changes of ECG were supposedly related to repetitive exposure to considerable electric field intensity within short period, and that maximum allowable electric field intensity for short term exposure should be established
